Upload your GPX route to begin planning your passage. Monitor detailed passage data for fuel usage, distance underway, and schedule. NAVOPLAN monitors your passage progress, alerting us of any delays in reaching waypoints or your final destination. It also allows you to communicate a critical incident like a man overboard event, medical emergency, vessel failure, or overall vessel status. Sometimes, NAVOPLAN may prompt you to click a button just so we know you are OK!

With Phased Check Lists, you can run through those tasks that are necessary for each part of the journey. Much like an airline pilot uses check lists, NAVOPLAN gives you a tool to make sure you don't forget that one item that can be a nuisance or a critical failure once away from the dock or shore. Phases for passage check lists are pre-planning, departure, underway, arrival, watch changes, and periodic vessel inspections. Manage your crew efficiently with the crew module, which allows you to assign and monitor crew members and ensure all necessary documents are in place before the passage commences. The crew WATCH CHECK LIST ensures effective watch changes or periodic vessel inspections, maintaining high standards of vigilance and safety.

NAVOPLAN is always updating your FLOAT PLAN with the most current information available. Starting with the GPX upload, data is gathered and refined throughout the passage. Communication functionality warns NAVOPOLAN if you do not arrive at a waypoint as anticipated and the NAVOPLAN Readiness Clock is started. Based on the service level purchased, NAVOPLAN will use this time to prepare resources for possible assistance. Once the clock expires, Emergency Assistance Coordination begins.
