Captain's Minutes

Purchased phases (II-V) and subscriptions in NAVOPLAN include consultation minutes that can be used for any discussion. Sessions are scheduled directly within the NAVOPLAN app and typically take place via phone or virtual meeting.

Simply request a meeting, provide details on the topic you’d like to discuss, and outline your expected outcome. Captain’s Minutes can also be used for non-consultation activities (research, problem solving, system setup) with an agreed on statement of work.

Minutes are tracked in the NAVOPLAN app and ulilized based on the actual meeting duration--with a fifteen minute minimum. Scheduled meetings are billed but technical support requests are included with a subscription and are not billed.

These minutes do not expire; they roll over into the next phase or subscription period. If you require additional minutes, you can easily purchase more as needed.
